I have a good husband and a brilliant son! Hallelujah
I have a husband who leads our family devotion! Hallelujah
Deon is wearing his old pizza hut T-shirt. When we got married, I was the sole breadwinner working as a home health aid and cleaning houses and offices. We could barely pay for anything! God sent people from our family and church to assist us financially and emotionally. We shared meals a lot. 
I spent too many years in regret and shoulda coulda thoughts about a better life and had I done things differently. I spent years beating down on Deon because he was not the prince charming I thought deserved my virginity. I was wrong. I was young. I repented. I prayed.  I embrace the prophecies and promises God gave us/me!
Today, Deon doesn’t need to do side hussle delivery unless he chooses. He is our sole breadwinner and leader, Master Electrician and faithful father with flaws just as I have many. Our goal is to serve Christ and live right, teaching our son to do the same. Learning the Names of God together has been enlightening!
