Breadfruit is life πŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ˜

Grenada’s national dish is called Oil Down and to me, the breadfruit is the most important part of the one pot dish. I love breadfruit. It’s green on the outside, creamy off white on the inside round starchy fruit vegetable that grows on tall trees. In Grenada, we fry it, we roast it, we eat it with ground provision like yam, we add it to salads, we make baked delights and enjoy it all the time and especially in oil down!
