Only child concerns again about friends

Mommy I want some friends. I said I’m your friend. Timothy replies you and daddy are my parents. I want real friends

I feel like I have failed him in that area. I haven’t shown myself extra friendly to our neighbors across the street who have elementary school age girls.

We don’t get to go to church so there is no Sunday school friend interaction.

We are down to one car so I haven’t been out and about visiting parks and libraries during the day.

I haven’t reach out enough…and COVId times do not help.
