Prayer for education

Lord, we lift up Your Word in prayer from 1 Thessalonians 5:14, “And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everyone.”

Lord, we lift up those in the education spere who are disheartened – send godly men and women to shine Your light and encourage them. Give teachers and school leaders the insight to see the needs of their students, to support them and seek their flourishing. Show school boards and administrators how they can patiently serve the teachers and staff that You have set them to lead and steward. In Jesus name, amen.
